Spring has a way of inspiring growth, and here at the Charleston Horticultural Society, we are feeling that energy in a big way. As our programs, partnerships, and community reach continue to expand, so does our need for creative, passionate people to help bring it all to life.

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a new team member to join us! This is not just any position — it is an opportunity to be part of an organization that connects people to plants, gardens, and the shared joy of learning together.

We are looking for someone who is organized yet flexible, creative yet practical, and genuinely enjoys working with people. A love of gardening certainly helps, but curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to jump in are just as important.

The right person will thrive in an environment where no two days are the same - workshops one day, events the next, collaborations with community partners, and plenty of moments that involve getting your hands a little dirty (in the best way).
