Become a Plantasia Vendor

Vendors at Plantasia 2025 can reserve up to three 10' x 10' spaces, with covered pavilion spots assigned on a first-come, first-served basis—so register early!

​

Tables (8ft) are available for rent for $18 each; please indicate your needs during registration, and we’ll bill you after the event.

​

Vendor setup may begin as early as 6 am on the day of event.

​

Please note: Plantasia is a rain-or-shine event.

​

Vendor fees include:

  • A $50 non-refundable registration fee to secure your space

  • 5% of your total sales for the day

Business members will be featured in social media campaigns and print media.

Non-Member Fee
$125

Non CHS Member - $125 plus 7.5% of gross sales due end of day April 11. Not a member? Join here today to take advantage of reduced fee.
