In our Soak it In Workshop, herbalist Kim Wholen of Ripple Herbals will guide us through the timeless craft of making herbal macerations—a method as old as herbal medicine itself. A maceration is simply the process of soaking fresh or dried herbs in oil, allowing all the healing, aromatic, and flavorful qualities of the plant to gently infuse. The result?
